About Sandy
Sandy Olsson and her husband Norm live in Anaheim Hills, California. They have three grown children and Georgia the Yellow Lab. She is Nana to the seven loves of her life.
Sandy has worked in the business world since the age of 20 professionally as well as teaching and leading Bible studies and small groups for various organizations and churches. She has facilitated retreats and women’s events over the past 30 years and has a Bachelors Degree in Political Science and Law and has worked on two Presidential Campaigns.
Sandy discovered her Passion for leadership ten years ago when she started teaching The Master’s Program for Women in 2002, a leadership mentoring program for Christian leaders. It was this Passion for leadership that lead her to join The John Maxwell Team. Sandy’s desire is to maximize women to reach their potential and bring significance into their life. Sandy has used John’s books and tools to personally advance herself as a leader, and sincerely desires to help others make a difference in their world. You too can develop the leader within you. Sandy is looking forward to assisting you on your journey to becoming a successful leader.
Because of her passion for women and seeing lives changed, Sandy started teaching classes on strategic life training and leadership, called The Master’s Program for Women in 2002.
Although her primary focus is teaching The Master’s Program for Women, Sandy is also involved in helping to provide homes in South Africa for abandoned HIV/Aids infants and children with Acres of Love.
Sandy became a Certified Teacher, Trainer and Coach with the John Maxwell Team in 2011 and is a member of Toastmaster’s International.
